We offer competitive rates and each package will be different as we customise our package to suit your needs. How far in advance should I book with Bollywoodechoes.com?
We encourage you to book us as early as possible, perhaps as soon as you get your venue. Some clients have already booked us a year from now. Our live music services are in high demand, so we suggest that you book us as quickly as possible so that it’s one less thing for you to worry about.
Are you willing to travel?
Ofcourse. We travel all over the world to perform at weddings and events. However, we must consider how much time it will take us to get to your venue, and travel expenses (depending on what services you would like to book). Finally, we will also need parking either validated or reimbursed on the day of your event.
I’m happy with my quote and I would like to hire you! What now?
Excellent choice! We will email you a contract to secure the date. A non-refundable deposit is required with a signed contract to secure the date. The balance is due on the day of your event.
What are the performers’ needs on the day of my wedding? What do you need?
You will need to provide us with some chairs (depending on the service you use), a table and some power. This is usually provided by the venue and we can arrange this with the venue of your choice.
If it is an outdoor event, we would need to be placed under shade to protect our equipment. We will also need to be seated in an area with adequate lighting if we are playing an evening function.
Do you need microphones? Do you own sound system equipment (i.e. microphones, speakers, etc)?
Yes and yes! Microphones and a sound system are essential for projecting our sound at your event, so everyone can hear us clearly. We can provide a sound system if you require and an additional fee will apply if you choose to have us bring our own sound equipment.
If you book a ‘DJ and Live Band’ package with us, we can arrange for both the band and DJ to go through the same sound system, which would work out more economical for you.
HELP! I’m not sure what songs to choose.
Don’t worry. We have all of the most popular wedding songs known. We have the perfect songs for the wedding ceremony, reception, Mehndi, Saanji and Walima.
Do you do destination weddings?
Yes, we have performed at weddings and functions in various parts of the world. Please contact us for a quote.
Will your singers or DJ help with announcements?
For us, being a great singer or DJ also means being a great MC. So any announcements and introductions that you need made are no problem at all.
